Our certified course begins at Oakdale Emory United Methodist Church in Olney, Maryland. Participants run or walk tree-lined streets through Olney Manor Park and neighboring areas. The course is mild enough for novice runners but the hills can challenge even seasoned runners.

Start
In Emory Church parking lot: 60’ past line even with center of entrance to 3425 Emory Hall. 37’ north of stop sign in grassy island.
Mile 1
Going east on Batchellors Forest Rd. At the east end of the gravel entrance driveway to 16300 Batchellors Forest Rd.
Turn Around
On Batchellors Forest Rd ~ 100 yards past the entrance to Trotter’s Glen golf course. 188’ past telephone pole on west side # 783470-7985. 45’ before yellow arrow sign on west side.
Mile 2
Going west on Batchellors Forest Rd. 23’ east of Pepco pole #782469-4839. 34’ west of center of driveway at 16315 Batchellors Forest.
Mile 3
On Emory Church Rd going west. 50’ past center of intersection with Park Area Rd. 115’ west of telephone pole #“C & P MD 17906.”
